In an effort to address the question, "How do we clone our Business Development Director?", the Education Services Group at Lombardi Software turned to The Training Guy.
The answer... Develop a "Virtual BusDev Director" capable of delivering a self-guided, on-demand, online business development presentation anytime,

anywhere, 24/7. The resulting project deliverable was an asychronous online learning "course" on the value proposition of the company's products and services.

While working with the Education Services Group
at Vignette, The Training Guy was tasked with the re-design of the company's online end-user training courses from their static Microsoft Help File format, to a more robust, Flash-based delivery model with improved functionality. The result was the highly successful launch of the VUE 2.0 product.

When Acme Financial Services rolled out their new voicemail system, they turned to The Training Guy to assist them in training their audience of more than 3,000 system users.
The goal was to create an online course that users could take at their desk while setting up their new voicemail account. During this "just- in-time" training session, the users would perform the tasks they learned in the course in real-time on their phone. |

If the mailbox set up is completed successfully, the course continues to the next module. If not, the course directs the user to additional remediation and assistance.

In 2006, Pacific Life decided to transition their existing corporate onboarding program from a two-day, instructor-led, classroom training series to a blended learning offering.
The new program included a 30-page self-study Welcome Guide, a stream-lined one-day instructor-led session, and a one-hour online learning module. The Training Guy was tapped to develop the online learning portion.
