| HP Software Education selected The Training Guy to develop a new online learning curriculum focused on the End Users of HP Software products. This new curriculum branded as End User Training (or EUT) is a Flash-based online learning offering designed to deliver pre-deployment, just-in-time, post-deployment, and/or reference training for the semi-technical or non-technical End User audience of HP Software products. When HP Software Support launched their new website - Software Support Online (SSO) - they needed a way to provide training for the many support customers visiting the site. To help address this need, they partnered with The Training Guy to develop a self-paced online learning tutorial to facilitate the effective use of this new website. |

The result is the SSO Customer Training Tutorial - a Flash-based, audio-driven course that provides instruction on the major features and functionality of the new self-service site for all HP Software Support customers. While working with the Education Services Group
at Vignette, The Training Guy was tasked with the re-design of the company's online end-user training courses from their static Microsoft Help File format, to a more robust, Flash-based delivery model with improved functionality. The result was the highly successful launch of the VUE 2.0 product.

When Acme Financial Services rolled out their new voicemail system, they turned to The Training Guy to assist them in training their audience of more than 3,000 system users.
The goal was to create an online course that users could take at their desk while setting up their new voicemail account. During this "just- in-time" training session, the users would perform the tasks they learned in the course in real-time on their phone. |

If the mailbox set up is completed successfully, the course continues to the next module. If not, the course directs the user to additional remediation and assistance.

In 2006, Pacific Life decided to transition their existing corporate on-boarding program from a
two-day, instructor-led, classroom training series to a blended learning offering.
The new program included a 30-page self-study Welcome Guide, a stream-lined one-day instructor-led session, and a one-hour online learning module. The Training Guy was tapped to develop the online learning portion.
